Dutch Masters’ farmstead planning service is part of our company’s full service approach to helping our customers.  The construction of horse facilities can not be done properly without an overall strategy for the total infrastructure requirements for the farm. The farmstead plan contributes to proper sighting of all structures, surface water flows, location of roads, paddocks, septics, water wells, compliance with local bylaws, and all other components of the farm, including the residence.

Natural physical features that are seen as a problem are used as assets if the plan is developed from a total farm use point of view.  The imaginative use of existing features and materials can make for dramatic and unrivalled beauty to mask the constraints imposed by the overriding need for function.
