Dutch Masters provides a total turn key management and construction service. Our one stop planning and design service includes the total farmstead infrastructure for the horse farm owner.
We design and build horse stables and arenas, outdoor rings, arena footings, manure storages, equipment sheds, paddock fencing, wells, septic systems, hydro, ponds, landscaping, entrance gates, viewing rooms, staff accommodations, roads and parking, hot walkers, renovations and restorations. We will manufacture custom stalls to your specifications. From custom mill work, stone masonry, unique cupola designs and creative designs are all done for each project individually. Our Hankson door design has been so successful that others in the industry have copied them.
We provide the site plans, the building plans for building permit applications and assist in the site plan approval process. If it involves construction or design on a horse farm; we do it.
Professional All The Way:
Dutch Masters provides professional engineered structural plans. The company carries liability insurance for all projects. A builder’s risk insurance is obtained for each project in the name of the owner and the company. All trades working on the project must be covered by Worker’s Compensation. All work must meet the Ontario Building Code standards. The Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations must be followed by all trades working on the project. This attention to detail contributes to a worry free construction project that does not expose our valued clients to potential legal and financial costs. Dutch Masters supervises all work for quality control during the construction process.
